Return Policy:

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for  a refund within 15 days of receipt. Items must be in their original box and in resalable condition. There is no questions asked for returned products. Please send all inquiries regarding return/refund to sales@beadscurtainbiz.com Please return your product with a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number), and a copy of your sales order to verify the purchase. Shipping costs for returned products will be the responsibility of the customer.  

·        Please notify us by e-mail to get your RMA# before you return products. All return /refund must have a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number), If return without RMA# written on the outside of the box it will not be accepted and it will be returned to you with no credit.

·        If UPS or FedEx damages a package in transit, customers must notify us by e-mail for products returned with damages within 5 days of UPS or FedEx delivery date, you will be sent a replacement item as well as a call tag for the damaged item to be returned to us.

·         We also deduct the shipping cost of $9.99 or the actual shipment cost*, which may exceed $9.99 and refund the remaining balance to the customer in the same payment method as the original order.

* In  some cases, customers who purchase over $99.99,  you will receive FREE SHIPPING, but that does not mean there are no shipping costs.
